Floor Display
Updating the floor POS display for Loubsol Sunglasses.
The previous floor standing displays were based solely on number of references displayed and in this re-design, the key was to create some kind of modularity to it as well as creating space for featured models. This was done by splitting the vertical holders and creating a panel display for hero models.
Functionalities
Modules that can be updated year-on-year.
In addition to being able to move the vertical sunglass holder, we created a concept in which the hero models and the corresponding key visuals can be updated as needed. This adds an extra level of flexibility and will ensure that the POS display can be used for many years to come. The module comes in 3 versions, allowing for 1, 2 or 4 versions of a model to be featured.
Counter top display
Creating a new counter top display.
There was also a need for a new kind of display, a qualitative counter top display featuring both storage and display models. The concept was sketched out and then created as a basic 3D model before being refined in collaboration with the company’s POS supplier to make sure all technical aspects were on point.
Packaging and storage
A box concept.
In creating the POS display, we based the storage size on a box that fits the sunglasses in the collection that would be featured on the display. The box designs were then customized to the specific sunglass models, allowing for easy identification by both customer and shop staff, as well as adding a decor element to the POS display.
